I have successfully completed the Pan-Structural Variation Hackathon 2023 organized by the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center (BCM-HGSC). I have contributed to the intermediary analyses and development of the IsoComp python package. The preprint of the hackathon will be published soon.

As part of the BMB433 course (Project and Field Work) requirement, I utilized a peripheral blood smear image dataset from kaggle on Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) to train transfer-learning based customized DL models (based on EfficientNetB3, ResNet50, and MobileNet architectures) and several ML models to compare their performance. I also developed a streamlit based web app to predict ALL or non-ALL from a given microscopic image. The results had been presented as a poster. The poster PDF can be found here.
